Sounds trivial, but not the greatest experience. Wrong drawer knobs came with our vanity - we were expected to come back to Concord for correct ones (no courier service provided). Correct knobs were collected but discovered the wrong screws were included when I got home. Bottom drawer, I had to drill my own hole for the knob. Again, fairly trivial but no , we will never go back - sorry.
They have very nice things, and decent prices It wasn't great for me because I hadn't planned ahead much They suggest using their website more than visiting in person
Didn’t even make it to the store. The man on the phone literally told me to take my business elsewhere. Told him I’m coming from 45 min away to see his store but that I would get there 10 minutes before it closed, so wanted to make sure they wouldn’t close early. When I called, the man was rude and told me he’s not willing to wait for my business and that even if I got there in time that I wouldn’t have enough time to pick what I wanted. I asked him if I should go elsewhere and he said yes! Don’t waste your time going here, clearly customer service and new business isn’t a priority.
Came here looking for a double 60 inch vanity, the gentleman helping us was kind and patient. There was a decent selection of vanities on display, and a few semi custom options as well. Pricing was also reasonable and in line with other vanity stores we visited.
I was not impressed by the collection nor I could not find what I was looking for but you never know, you may find what you are looking for and were not able to find it in other places.
Great prices on good quality vanities. Plenty to choose from and ours was delivered within a few days after it was built. The service was excellent. We are very happy with our new bathroom vanity for the main bathroom. They beat all the other places in price with the same quality and high standard finishes. Highly recommended to visit this place and check it out.
