I had ordered a Toto Washlet, was told I would have it in a couple days but at the same time another large order for all the Toto's came in so I had to wait. As soon as the next shipment came in the guys shipped it out overnight. It's now installed and my bum is very happy! Do yourself a favour and contact Steve and the guys at the Plumbing Market to get your own Toto Washlet so you can also have a happy bum.
We had a very unpleasant experience at Muti Kitchen and Bath. As we are in the process of building a home, we visited the showroom to explore wood samples for our kitchen design. Almost immediately, Francesca Piterborn approached us and firmly told us not to touch or remove any samples from their place. A showroom should encourage hands-on viewing and comparison, especially for design decisions. Unfortunately, this visit felt restrictive and unwelcoming. We left without continuing and will not be working with or recommending this business to others in the design industry.

Also sourced and special ordered toilets that they don't usually carry to accommodate the unusual install conditions with my washrooms. Super helpful, knowledgeable and great attention to detail.
