Fantastic customer service. I stumbled upon Vanity Sense when looking for a vanity store and thank god I did. From the moment I walked in, Sabrina could see the fear in my eyes as I didn't know where to start. She has patience of a saint and the finished vanity product is something I show off to friends and family. Well worth the experience!
We are very pleased with the vanity that we purchased from Vanity Sense for our Ensuite. Sabrina was very helpful with the decisions we needed to make surrounding the vanity, the counter top and the hardware. The vanity fits perfectly in the space, is of excellent quality and complements the design of the room beautifully. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and positive. Highly recommend the products at Vanity Sense and the staff are amazing too. Work with Junior...you will not be disappointed. He helped us coordinate our whole project. We renovated our powder room and he was able to help us pick a vanity, tiles, grouting, and taps. All great quality and the final look is incredibly well coordinated. He even helped me decide on the light fixture and paint colour. Junior goes above and beyond.
I was going to buy a vanity at a competitor of Vanity Sense's but I didn't like the sales rep. I got in touch with the vanity manufacturer to find out what stores sell the same product and Vanity Sense was on the list. I called Vanity Sense and spoke with Sabrina and I liked her instantly (she is very friendly). The store is beautiful and Sabrina delivered on matching the price/delivery to the other competitor. An added bonus was that I was able to get it much sooner than I would have from the other store. Sabrina knows her stuff and the selection on vanity handles and counter tops were way superior than the other store - I was thrilled that I found this store (and the store's delivery service was excellent). I highly recommend Vanity Sense!!!
Custom order vanity with highly knowledgeable staff, a family run business. Ended up getting my custom order vanity here. A lot of other kitchen/bathroom places do not offer custom orders, this place does!! Great selection of vanities and variety of hardware accessories as well.
Sabrina was a joy to work with. From our initial communication via email and phone, to our show room visits, to the aftercare that we received, the experience was fantastic. Everything can be customized: vanity paint color and material, counter top material and thickness, and hardware/handles. They also offer a good selection of mirrors and faucets. The vanities that were installed look like they were custom-made for our space because Vanity Sense was able to cut the countertops to our required size and provide us with filler strips for the space between the vanity and the wall. Overall, I would highly recommend Vanity Sense!
