Very disappointed with this company. I called the day before, right before closing, and spoke with an Asian woman who confirmed that they had the specific model I needed. I explained that we would be driving two hours to pick it up because it’s backordered everywhere else. She checked, told me they had it in stock, and said to come between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. After driving all the way there today, she suddenly claimed they had sold all of them that morning. No call, no warning, nothing. She did not even give us an option to pay for it on the phone, all she said was she would keep one aside. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of our time. I will never use this company again

I have to say the service here is amazing. We ordered faucets , a light and some kitchen hardware. They took so much time walking us through all the options.
