Terrible product i purchased an apple pencil from them started having problems within a week of having and then it completly just stopped working dont buy anything from these save your money of go somewhere else.
I usually don't provide reviews for places I've visited, but I'll guess I have to give this an exception. After breaking my Galaxy A34 a few weeks ago (I admit I have anger issues when it comes to phones), I almost had nobody to turn to until Bye N Cell was willing to fix it. Every other phone repair service including Samsung turned me away because my phone was an international model and not local. I was quite skeptical at first seeing that there were many negative reviews, but upon further inspection, many seem to be heavily biased and not towards criticizing the repair service. But since I was desperate and I'd have to spend even more money buying a new phone, I decided to take the risk...and it ended up being a good one. Normally, I'd consider paying 200 dollars to be a scam, but unfortunately Super AMOLED displays aren't cheap. The service and repair quality was excellent, and assuming the technician(s) didn't modify anything else besides the screen, I don't think there'll be any problems. Only issue I had was that the frame/bezel is black instead of lavender, but the manager told me that the supplier didn't have anything else. At the end of the day, I blame myself along with the cheap screen protector I bought off Amazon for breaking the phone.
Very welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. I got my iPad and iPhone screens fixed here and they give warranty as well. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in need of a repair or cellphone.Will always come here for future repairs.
Absolutely horrible experience, stay away from this store! I tried to replace damaged glass on my Apple Watch. Advisor in the store said that they don’t have a glass on stuck and shipment takes 1 - 2 month. I ordered the part and paid the deposit. Three months later nobody called or email me to follow up. I stopped by to find out what happening. Lady in the store couldn’t find my order and said she’ll call me in the morning. Nobody called me next day and day after. I came again and asked the manager phone number. The manager over the phone said that they simply forgot to order the glass and I have to wait again another 1 - 2 month. ♂️ After long conversation she agreed to check another locations who can have it on stuck, and follow up to me on Monday. Obviously she never called me back. Long story short only the option was to wait another shipment and nobody couldn’t answer how long it might takes this time. None of them didn’t even try to apologize to me for that. I assuming this is normal customer service in this company. If I had known this beforehand, I would never have come to this place.
Quick and amazing quality. I brought my GalaxyS7 Edge for a replacement screen and they ended up replacing the entire back of my phone at no extra cost! Great service and aill definitely recommend to all my friends and family.
if you need chargers and fun stuff like that. please don't give rogers your money. give your money to them. you can buy 5 chargers for the price of one. they have 10ft long chargers i have been buying them here for years and they have a pretty long lifespan.
Very unprofessional, promised to fix for a certain time and then close the store and did not bother phoning to tell me if it’s ready. I would have gone to the other store if it wasn’t Sunday. These people should no allow to run any business what so ever.
