I have a plan for screen protector but they refused to put the screen protector on my phone and gave me the reason that they changed their policy this is ridiculous
My first visit was just a minute back, and his attending was like he doesn’t want to. So, you could have used a sign board saying “open only for selected or existing customers”, if you can’t even attend any cx specially when you are totally free.

I was at Tbooth yesterday for my upgrades. I have to say dealing with Sameer was the best. He was patient and very Knowledgeable. He was so helpful in making sure I received everything. There was a bit of an issues but he was so quick to fix it and get me my new phone. Samer was also so pleasant. Such a great duo. I will continue to always come here for my phones and accessories. Thank you I always deal with Tmobile in Vaughan Mills. I have always received exceptional service there. They are very detailed in explaining everything. I was there yesterday and dealt with Aamir. He offered such great customer service and was so patient in dealing with me and other customers. Thank you Aamir for being amazing and going above and beyond.
