I went in today to upgrade my phone plan. Sameer helped us and he did an incredible job, gave us an incredible deal along with being very friendly and helpful
Literally the worst employee/Manager to deal with was Mr. Sameer. I wanted to port out my number but he didn’t want to do so, so I agreed to get a line with Chatr. When asked about the $10 pin and sim waiver he decided not include the $10 pin for the activation, as he mentioned only for higher plans and which is a total lie. On top of it, when asked about the receipt and print out, he literally threw my sim card and receipt saying I was rude, probably I knew a little more. Plus he hid the account number from me by not printing and not sending the account details to my valid email which was given to him while the time of activation. This person is a menace to the society. I have buddies working for Wirelesswave and he assured me that customers do get discounts. Glentel should get rid of such undisciplined employees even if he is a Manager. It’s not about $10 but about your customer’s trust you build from the get go. Zero level of customer service as he put his ego first and threw away someone's belongings. If it wasn’t mine I would have not touched it at all. Also the store was empty so at least he could have spent some time doing a better job. Acting too busy and calling your customer rude just because the customer was informed about the discount; is totally wrong. Never considering Sameer for any purchase in the future. Glentel/Wirelesswave is a great place to work but not him. Let's see, if I was RUDE then why would you do the activation first and later call me rude to throw the same activation you did? Something the head office should think of. Hope your District Manager takes care of this. Activation date March, 9, 2025 around 6 pm.

Jalil is such an excellent rep for wireless wave, no wonder the company decided to keep him for 15 years, he was extremely patient, funny and made my experience wonderful, I recommend him all the way! Keep it up Jalil, you’re awesome!!
Jalil Jawahari gave me exceptional service when helping me trade in my old phone and upgrade my plan. He was so dedicated to making sure I was happy and I left with a better phone and less money spent then I was anticipating! I will be coming back to do all my phone inquiries at this location and I advise anyone needing upgrading advice to specifically ask for Jalil and you will leave satisfied!! Thank you so much again.
