Today I got my new phone at the Rogers store in Promenade Mall and was assisted by Mohammad. I am truly grateful that he was the one helping me. He was incredibly patient, attentive, and professional. He answered all my questions and thoroughly informed me about the company’s new options. It’s a pleasure to experience such a high level of service — it’s a great value for customers and a privilege for the company to have employees like him.

My experience at the Rogers store was incredibly disappointing. This occurred on December 3rd at approximately 7:00pm. TLDR: Employee refused to search for an account in Rogers database. Instead wanted to argue why he was not going to do it. I entered the store to resolve an issue with my mother's plan and the in-training employee was no help at all. Upon entering the store the employee was just sitting and no other customers were present, I was very surprised why he refused to provide even basic customer service. All we needed to do is pull up my mother's account. When we explained the issue employee immediately jumped to say that he would not be able to help us. I requested for him to just attempt to pull up my mother's account and he adamantly refused to do it, believing the account would not show up. Whether this was true or not, he was completely unwilling to type in a number to simply search for an account. Instead he decided to get extremely rude and start arguing why he was not going to do it. He then started RECORDING me with his personal device without my consent, and continued to argue with me instead of search up a number. He then, very embarrassingly, threaten to call security to physically remove me from the store. All of this, just because he refused to take one minute to search for the account. I did leave the store and went to the Fido location within the mall, they were very easily able to find my mother's account. I have no idea why this employee would be so stubborn in refusing to do something so basic. I truly hope that this is not a representation of how Rogers trains their employees. That said, I recommend anyone in need of service avoid this store and potentially look to going to another provider instead.
Recently I went to Rogers in Promenade mall, the worker Season was extremely rude and unhelpful with my Roger's phone. After speaking with security, I had learned that this was not the first time someone complained about this worker. I will not be returning to this location and I will advise my friends and family to do the same. People like him should not be working in retail.
I visited the store for assistance with updating my hardware. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from satisfactory. Not only was the staff unhelpful and unresponsive to my inquiries, but their behavior was also unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite my clear explanation of the issue I was facing, the staff members seemed ill-equipped to provide a solution. They displayed a lack of knowledge and skill in addressing customer inquiries and were unable to offer any meaningful assistance. The staff inability to address my concerns left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall experience.
I am so grateful that I met Season, such professional and very pleasant Roger’s specialist! He helped me a lot with my internet and mobile plans! I really appreciate all his efforts to provide me with best options! I am sure he needs a reward for his outstanding service. Definitely, I will come back and bring my friends.
