Absolutely not professional. Very very rude attitude. If you don't speak proper English then don't go there they will show an attitude. Not good for Telus.
Dante was super helpful at this location and set up everything for the new internet service I purchased + recommending a package that fit my needs for entertainment. While I was there, he managed to assist other customers as well while setting up my services through corporate. If he isn’t already a manager, he should become one for this location

I would like to give Mr. Anun A. a 5-star rating for his outstanding service. He assisted me greatly with the setup of my Samsung S24 FE. The difference compared to the service I received at Best Buy Mobile next door was remarkable. Despite spending $790 at Best Buy Mobile and waiting 30 minutes, the male representative there was reluctant to help and even claimed he did not have a USB Type-C cable for data transfer. By contrast, at the Telus store, without me spending a single dollar, Anun A. enthusiastically helped me set up my new phone and transfer all my data from the old device. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond—far exceeding the service I experienced at Best Buy.
