It's a high-style place, not very big, wih nice music playing in the background. Great service. It's expensive - no glass of wine below 18. Complimentary crispy seeded flatbread with a pea-based spread, as well as just baked still-hot small loaf of three-grain bread with EVOO Manzo Tonnato - Flash seared sirloin The portion is small, but aesthetically appealing. The tuna sauce with a minimal amount of capers and olives adds pleasant salty notes to the flavor. The beef is very tender and pleasantly chewy at the same time. Wild boar chop Wild boar chop was not very tender and a bit dry, but paired with escarole (which is a vegetable of chicory family) it gained gastronomic depth. The escarole mixture contributed nicely salty and oily notes, leafy texture, and some crumbs that augmented the dish. Still, it was a slight disappointment. Tiramisu It was served in a small jar, a bit too sweet on my taste, but still a good desert. Fewer savoiardi cookies than usual, and no rum or liquor flavor. Overall experience is highly positive, even there is still some room for improvement. The restaurant offers a very unique culinary vision and nevertheless that vision is not fully aligned with my gastronomic philosophy I really enjoyed the dinner.

Happened to be in the area and was looking for a nice restaurant for a family dinner and what a great spot! Service is very attentive, the atmosphere is welcoming and the dishes taste like you are actually in Italy! We tried daily fish ( Chilean sea bass and Dover sole) as well as pasta with lobster - all absolutely a must to try if you like seafood. Highly recommended and we will definitely stop by again if we happen to be in the area.
Ten stars! This place blew me away - exceptional, professional service and fantastic food. I was skeptical because of the location but this ended up being some of the best Italian food I've ever had, in or outside of Italy. The key word that shows up in the other reviews is "authentic." The pastas are the silkiest, tenderest handmade noodles tossed in the perfect amount of sauce and it's clear how much pride they take in their ingredients, from the flour blend in their sourdough to their single-estate olive oil made by a family friend. Worth the trip to Vaughan!!

What you see here in pics will not be what you get!!! This is almost a scam to me since I was expecting a lot of food I saw people posted in review, only to be told they’re not on the menu anymore. Their food options are very limited.
The food is superb and the chef is very attentive. He made our group a special, off menu dessert canape with mascarpone, pistachio cream and white chocolate. He went above and beyond expectations. Truly inspiring cuisine.
