Been here a few times and they always say they are out of ingredients and can’t make my order. Forced to settle for small portions of overpriced pizza. Not really worth the trouble. If you go, make sure you have a backup plan for your meal. And they are often closed in the middle of the day for no reason so only go if you have gas money to waste.
Bought a meatball sandwich and a steak wrap. The sandwich was quite good, juicy and fresh, only thing I would improve upon would be more spices and seasoning in the meat. The sandwich was way better than the wrap, as the steak was on the thin and dry side, it also could have benefited from some sauce. The wrap was also not folded on the end, not sure if that's how some people do it, but every wrap I've ever bought was folded at the end so the filling doesn't fall out? Overall good with a few things to improve upon, the employees were pleasant, the decor is gorgeous and unique (now considering watching Roman Holiday, the movie snapshots on the wall!). Would still come here again despite my minor qualms.
My dad would take me to this place and it was my favourite sandwich. Not sure if they change owners, but it doesn’t taste the same and the quality is poor.
This is our go to panini place when we are in the area. I love the newly redone look. With the Italian music playing and the red Vespa in the wall, it gives a very Italian vibe! My usual order is either the hot veal or sausage with onions. Today we tried the fried calamari and it was excellent as well.
Took my friend here who's never had an Italian panini sandwich, and to my disappointment, the sandwich was served cold. This used to be my favorite panini place...anyway I told the owner, and she just brushed me off and acted like that's the way it's supposed to be.
23/11/22 ‐ Ordered a veal sandwich on my lunch took 25mins, late to work and was not made to order. It was not busy at all. Hoping for a better experience next time or I'll opt for the prepared takeout. Wow! What amazing makeover. Just had the most delectable lunch 2 days after their renovation. Fantastic selection of soups, sauces, freshly made pastas and salads and so much more. All made locally or in house. Head on over folks, you wont be disappointed, its truly something special.
Love these sandwiches. Typically I’d give a ***** rating. I came all of the way from Vancouver, even checked online for the hours. Showing a close of 7pm, I pulled in at 4:14pm and saw a hand written sign showing a close time of 3. Disappointed. Please update your Google Business page with current hours. Came back in 2025. Again, Google listed as open and it was closed. 12:19pm on a Tuesday.
