Concord Family Health Center is truly amazing! The clinic is well-organized, clean, and the staff are always friendly and professional. Our family doctor, Dr. Bahareh Ghazi, is absolutely wonderful. she’s caring, attentive, and takes the time to truly listen and help. We feel so lucky to have her as our doctor. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone!
The staff is super friendly. It's very easy to make an appointment, often same-day. The wait time to see a doctor is minimal and everything is quick, without being rushed.
Everyone here is respectful and kind. Always will to compromise with patients as well as well as making sure everyone is happy and healthy. If you even feel dehydrated from all the heat, they will give you a cold water or juice and make sure to keep an eye on you till you feel better. Not to mention how fast the clinic moves to see each patient and still makes sure the patient feels heard and not rushed through there appointment. I recommend that anyone dealing with pain and need help to mange it, come to this clinic it is the best. Not to mention they have a doctors office on the right side of he pain Clinic as well as they have just put in a place to do blood work lab as well. Best three in one pain clinic doctor’s office and blood lab ever!!
I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about this clinic! From the second you walk in, the atmosphere is so welcoming, calm, and kind — and a huge part of that is thanks to the front desk staff. They are absolute gems! Always friendly, patient, and so genuinely caring. Whether it’s greeting you with a warm smile, helping with appointments, or answering questions, they make everything so smooth and stress-free. You can truly feel that they love what they do and care about the people walking through the door. And the doctors — absolutely incredible. They take the time to listen, explain, and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. You never feel rushed or dismissed; they really make you feel like your health matters. Every person I’ve interacted with at this clinic has been kind, professional, and full of heart. It's rare to find a place that not only delivers great care but also treats you like a person, not just a patient. So grateful to have found this clinic! Highly, highly recommend!
Our family has been with Concord Family Health Centre for a few months now and we are glad we registered with this new clinic. We are extremely satisfied with all our wellness needs being met. Both Dr Ghazi and Dr Gul are remarkable doctors. They both combine medical expertise with kindness and compassion and we are very luck to have them as our family doctors. I must give a special mention to all of the staff at the reception. They are very friendly and accommodating in catering to all of our special needs. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for well rounded medical attention.
Dr. Gul is caring and professional, and the staff are kind, helpful, and funny! Mindi the receptionist is especially sweet and welcoming. Always a great vibe at the clinic!
I’m really disappointed because at the beginning the used to care about the attention. I was sick, Dr Ghul didn’t even check on me on a correct, he only spent 5 minutes and then give me some antibiotics, I never had the change to let him know how exactly I felt because he never let you talk (is my second time with him just because my family doctor was not there) and now that I’m still feeling sick I keep calling them all morning to know if I can see a doctor, they never answer and when I arrived they have been so rude yelling at me saying they are so busy and the phone was not working on weekend (is Monday now) the phone was not ringing when I arrived and just 2 patients there, I called 32 times on the morning, nobody picked up.
