Made an appointment for 10:30am. Didn’t get seen by a doctor until 3.5 hrs later. What a waste of my day. You’re better off going to urgent care by shoppers near hwy 7. Don’t waste your time here. Doctor dealt with me within 2 mins what a joke.
When I was a universitystudent, my professor used to say, "Every doctor should first and foremost be a good psychiatrist." Our family doctor, Dr. Edwin, is a living example of this. Despite her limited time, she took wonderful care of us and tried to meet all our needs. I hope we can see more healthcare professionals like her.
We were looking for our family doctor and we found it in this Clinic. The doctor was very nice and friendly and the people at the Front Desk was very helpfull. I really recommend this place.
I see reasons why this particular clinic has so much bad reviews. As I write this review, I still haven’t seen any doctors, it’s been 1hr, 50mins now. No doctor. But the owner would only reply positive reviews instead of addressing the negative feedback and improving the quality of service and wait time. If you need any urgent care, please don’t come here. I would recommend the other walk-in clinic close to shopper drug mart.
I went to walking clinic today at woodbridge location. My appointment was at 1.15pm. When I go there, the receptionist told me come after an hour. I asked why didn't you call and inform me earlier. Then she told me if you want I can cancel your appointment and we don't call patients as our policy. She is not professional as instead of saying sorry for delay talking about policies of the company. No care, no respect for others people's time. Doesn't matter late, but the way she is talking.... wellhealth doesn't have this kind of bad policies and staff. Please teach these front desk staff how to communicate with humans.
went in for an allergy test with Dr.Yung, got referred by my family doctor and was told it usually takes a few weeks to get a call back and a month for an appt, but i received a call the same day and got an appt for the following week. waited no more than 10 minutes and immediately got my tests done. spent a couple hours there in total which was fine because i was able to go through all of my concerns. Dr.Yung was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained my allergies and got me an appt to do further test for my eczema. The nurse was also very pleasant, I wish i got her name. She was darker skin and in her 20’s. She was the absolute best and made the experience that much better. thank you to both the doctor and the nurse for all your help!
I and my family have been patients at this clinic for nearly 10 years and have seen the quality of staff noticeably dwindling. Whatever stars I have given are for the following people: Nurse Narley, Dr.Wong, Dr.Mikelova. and the lovely long time receptionists (two elderly women). On the orher hand my interaction with a new nurse, who administered my allergy shot a while back was quite unpleasant. Her tone is extremely condescending when I was interacting with her and I wouldn’t be surprised if she speaks that way to other patients and her colleagues. She seems to not realize how easily replaceable she is in a job where there’s a lot of supply. If you’re the clinic manager and reading this, I would like to speak with you about this nurse’s unprofessional attitude. If you all know who I am talking about I encourage you to do the same.
