Dr. N. Mahrous is an amazing doctor. She listens, then takes action immediately without wasting any time. And the online appointment platform is great, we can usually make appointments for the same day.
I wanna find a family doctor, so I went to this place and filled in my info. But months have passed, and I haven't received any emails! Whenever I call to confirm, there's never anyone to answer the phone.
Needed to have stitches checked and then removed 1 week later. By booking online I was out both times within 30 minutes. Staff very professional. System much improved with online booking.
Extremely unprofessional staff at the front desk. Called more than 10 times today at different times of the day, I was calling to somehow schedUle phone appointment since they took the phone appointment option away and again, it was near impossible.
Aside from being a poorly organized clinic and rude staff, one thing in particular was pretty disturbing to me. If you care about the security of your information, you should be concerned in this place. You are supposed to use a chrome device at the reception to register, if you are new to this clinic. It's basically a chrome browser where its history is on and open to anyone using the device. The registration/appointments can be printed into a pdf and downloaded to the device. The Download folder is openly available to anyone. I took it upon myself to delete the content of the download folder because other people's information was there. A health clinic must make reasonably good money, just pay a tech expert to secure your data for you.
On Monday, I visited your clinic with a suspected rib fracture. The doctor ordered an X-ray. I was able to see the X-ray results online the same day, but the doctor did not call me on Monday. On Tuesday, I called the clinic, but they told me they had not received the results. On Wednesday, I tried calling all day, but no one answered the phone. On Thursday, I finally reached them, and they told me that the doctor had seen the results but did not request to call me. They said if I wanted information about my results, I would need to book another appointment to see the doctor. The receptionist was unbelievably rude. I don't see how this approach does anything other than drive patients away.
A doctor named Asa Chu, this doctor is incompetent, inattentive, unpleasant, I came to him after a severe panic attack and he said that he didn't have time for me.
