I am incredibly grateful to have met Dr. Maria Chow. She is warm, attentive, and very patient. She takes the time to listen to every concern, provides thoughtful care, and always follows up when needed. She is genuinely one in a million! A big thank you as well to Nella at the front desk. She was so accommodating and helped make sure I could see Dr. Chow, even on short notice. Thank you both!

Do not go to Dr. Bajwa! She is so extremely rude and unprofessional. I was so shocked at how she treats her patients. Speaks in a very condescending tone and makes patients very uncomfortable. Going to the doctor you should be able to explain your issues without the feeling of being judged, which is the exact opposite of what I went through. Overall a very awful and uncomfortable experience.
Have been a patient here since the year it opened. Dr. Maria Chow always takes time to listen to my concerns and ensures that my concerns feel heard (which unfortunately is rare in this profession). Their urgent care clinic is something I’ve made use of and is very convenient!
Beware of this place now that Patel is lone general physician. She replaced and took over my previous doctors Dr. Shin and the even more empathic, Dr. McKay, who was instrumental in improving my health and mental wellness whilst covering Dr. Shin. Unfortunately they were replaced by this doctor, who when told was not a good fit for me, decides to disapprove the renewal of a medication I need to take daily since 2016. Keep leading by example.
Its been 2 years since I registered myself with them. I have never seen my family doctor as she is either on vacation or booked for 4 months. I alway have to book my appointments with other clinics. This place and their doctors are waste of time and energy. Update Feb 2024 - Still hard to get hold of their ‘other 7 doctors’ for an appointment and was asked to go for a walk-in clinic or hospital emergency. Unfortunately due to the nature of the health care infrastructure I also cannot find a reliable family doctor.
I've called and left a message 3 times in the past week to book an appointment as a new patient and have never received a call back. Very unprofessional and won't be coming to this clinic.
