I had a great experience at VIP Medical Centre. The front desk staff are very organized, friendly, and helpful. The doctors do not keep you waiting, listen carefully to your concerns, and provide excellent treatment. Overall, a professional and caring clinic. Highly recommended.
Dr.Attalah is very professional and patient. I've heard stories of some family doctors in GTA being very pushy and only allowing patient to ask only one question at one appointment which lasts even less than 5mins just to make more money. However, Mr. Attalah is always very responsive and responsible, caring for our family. He is always petient and listen to your concerns carefully and gives best advice. The waiting time can be very long some time. I once came right at my appointment time, and waited for an hour because there were a few patients before me. Even though thats also a proof of the professioness and patience of Mr.Attalah, I'd say the administration for the appiontments can be better!
My boyfriend been coming to VIP Medical Centre for his allergy shots and we were both blown away by how smooth everything was! From the second we checked in, the reception team made us feel totally welcome and answered all our newbie questions about the immunotherapy schedule. The nurse who administered the shot was super gentle—my boyfriend barely felt the needle—and she walked us through the post‑shot observation process so we knew exactly what to expect. The whole clinic is spotless and modern (huge bonus for us). They even have a comfy waiting area where we hung out for the required 30‑minute monitoring period, and the staff checked in twice to make sure he was feeling okay. We loved how organized the shot card system is—no confusion, no wasted time, just in and out. If you or someone you love needs allergy shots, definitely give VIP Medical Centre a try. They treated us like VIPs the entire visit, and we left feeling confident about the next dose on the schedule. Highly recommend!
Dr. Seegobin is extremely condescending, aggressive, and not patient centred at all. Have seen him treat the staff with disrespect in front of patients it’s quite disturbing.
I am a patient at this clininc and have called numerous times and have also left messages for a call back. Till this day no one has responded to my messages or calls. I went to see the doctor at this clinic regarding my nails and he totally dismissed helping me out, he said he would refer me to a dermatologist, which I had to call the office many times because they hadn’t sent the referral in over a month. To this day I haven’t heard from them and this is why I am leaving this review. You don’t treat people especially your patients like this. The receptionist at the front don’t know what they are doing, most of the time they put you on hold and don’t get back to you. I even explained to them that I had been waiting for the referral to be sent because no one had called me from the dermatologists office. Truly disappointed, this has never happened to me before. Especially being a new patient. You hope to find a good doctor who is going to listen and actually help you not just swipe your Ohip like you’re just another number!
Yeah giving up on them. Per the words of the receptionist: the doctor teaches everyone so it takes a long long time. He's your family doctor so you can't do walkin. Everywhere else walkin is slower but here its faster. Multiple people walked in after me and were seen while I just sat there. Left work 3 hours early for nothing. Going to go to old walkin clinic tomorrow and get my 5m referral. I expect to be in and out in 10m. Wish they'd get rid of this need for a referral. Update: just saw your reply. I tried to book an appointment and was told I wouldn't need one so I left work 3 hrs early to come in to you. Then I sat in the waiting room for hours watching others be served while I was ignored. You cost me 3 hrs of pay when you could have told me to come another day or given me an appointment time when I asked. Its not about being a drive thru it is about respecting people's time and honesty.
Dr Ramesh Seegobin is now my family physician after my doctor retired. I would recommend Dr. Seegobin because he is kind, an excellent listener and is very helpful. The staff are also always so nice and helpful. They always greet you with a smile. I am so happy I choose him as my family physician. M. Bhawan.
