This is an extremely accurate review. At first when calling, they did not want to take me as walk in bc my doctor wasn’t there. Until I screamed that I was in pain did they “allow me”. I came in at 5:10 and was told 30-40 min wait. It’s 7:42 and I still have not been seen by a doctor. Misleading and unorganized. Will be my last time ever in this clinic, I prefer to wait in an emergency room than in this 250 square foot waiting room where everyone is sick and likely spreading illnesses. Not hygienic nor professional

I was told waiting is around 30 mins but it took 2 hours and a half. The reception just picks up the phone and put you on hold. I noticed she did that to everyone while I was there, although she was not occupied.
I have had a family doctor for many years, however, after meeting Dr. Bayan Shariati, I have chosen to see only her whenever I need medical care. She is an outstanding specialist in her field and treats each of her patients with great care and understanding.
