I had a great experience at this clinic. The walk-in process was very fast and smooth. Dr. Rajan Joshi was extremely kind, patient, and understanding. He listened carefully to my concerns and provided a very professional and helpful medical letter. I really appreciate his care. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Joshi.
Although my doctor is great, I don’t understand why she chose this clinic. I had an appointment at 5:15 today, and I’m still waiting well past my time. What’s the point of booking an appointment if you’re treated the same as a walk-in? If I wanted to sit and wait, I could have just come without one. On top of that, the appointment email says they will charge you if you miss your appointment, which is interesting given how little value they place on patients’ time.
I have only worked with Dr. Jason Dodge (gynecologist) at this office but he has been one of the best doctors I have ever had. No other gynecologist in my area would even answer my referral because I'm not trying to have a baby but Dr. Dodge gave me an appointment within 3 months of receiving my referral. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and did all the exploratory tests possible to make sure his diagnosis was correct. I'm currently doing a treatment plan with him and I'm confident he will help me find a good solution. He also painlessly removed an IUD for me.
Dr. Momina Khan provides extremely poor and unprofessional service. My appointments were a complete waste of time—test results were withheld, documents were needlessly reprinted, and no explanations were given. Dr. Khan was dismissive, condescending, and unwilling to help in any meaningful way. I strongly advise avoiding a so-called doctor who wastes patients’ time, withholds results, and treats people with arrogance—avoid at all costs.
We have gone here for 6 years. The doctors are great, but the clinic is not managed well. They have lost out medical records at least 3 times, and from time to time forget that we are patients and tell us we need to re-register. It is very disorganized and you are not treated like a valued customer. But the doctors are great!! Follow up: posting the name of my family doctor on the public web doesn't help! Please remove it @Disera
I saw Dr. Jason D. and it was an excellent experience. He was very kind and professional. I appreciated him and the rest of the staff were also very professional and courteous.

It's a prime location, looks like a top class medical walk-in facility with doctors, med lab and pharmacy all in one place. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and compationate. You can expect one of the best medical services in the region.
