Pivotal Kids has been an incredible support for our family over the years. They have guided us, listened, and stood beside us every step of the way. In a system that often falls short for our children, we truly feel fortunate to have landed in the right place with Pivotal Kids. Their team has consistently advocated for our son, ensuring he receives what he needs to thrive, and their compassion shows in everything they do. We are deeply grateful for their dedication, patience, and the way they show up for our son. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and so genuinely caring. Highly recommend.
Worst experience, receptionist was rude. She wasn’t ready to listen at all, was arrogant. I am not sure if they really welcome new patients this way. Not sure about the doctor but my first interaction with the clinic was horrible.
I do not recommend it at all, I have been calling for more than a month, waiting for a response and going to the office, I am waiting for the response about the change of my baby and today I was outside for half an hour and until now they come out and only tell me that it is only "emergencies" they do not answer my questions they just open and almost tell me to leave, it costs them a lot to do their job and give me an answer?
Dr.witt is by far the worst doctor, she did not handle by kids with any respect or respect me and my partner. She has been rude & racist by making comments towards me and my kids.
Dr. Cellupica is very supportive, patient, caring and hard working. He has tirelessly helped my kids since infancy. His help is very much appreciated.
Dr.Witt is the worst of the worst! Every time I need help with my baby Dr.Witt is never there and the receptionist shows no care in the world. We found a new pediatrician and he’s so so much better! She refused to give us a referral and I’ll never forget the way she did not care for my kids. Ever. Hope someone does something about her still having a license.
Dr. Cellupica and his staff at Pivitol Kids Clinic are absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked into my daughter's first appointment 2 months ago, I knew I made the right decision choosing him as her pediatrician. He's knowledgeable, informative, and never makes me feel like my questions or concerns are silly. His receptionist is fantastic too, which is a huge bonus! Overall I couldn't be happier, and I'd 100% recommend bringing your kids here
