Haven’t been here in years and honestly I’ve been missing out. Hannah and Andy and the staff are professional, courteous and do very good work. In love with my new set and pedicure. Exceeded my expectations and their pricing is more than fair.
I was referred to DL Royal Nails by a friend. I loved the place, so warm,so inviting and most important the ladies were extremely friendly, they talked to you, they keep you engaged. I sure highly recomend DL Royal nails. They gain 2 new clients.
Left with the biggest smile on my face. Fantastic service, very friendly and clean. First ever time coming here and I asked for a pretty complicated design. My nail tech did a beautiful job and took time rather than rushing them. In total this set (refill acrylic with shellac) was $60! I am 100% coming back :)
My daughter and I come from Mississauga and we won’t go anywhere else. Excellent service, they take pride in cleanliness, they are polite and professional and the prices are very fair. I highly recommend this nail spa to everyone.
I have been getting manicures and pedicures for the last 15 years. Never have I gotten an infection. I had no problem with the manicure but when Anh did my pedicure, she cut too deep on both of my toes which bled a lot. I expressed my concern in that moment but she said “it’s fine”, and I trusted her as she was the professional. Fast forward to the next morning. I woke up with excruciating pain in both my feet. I went to my doctor and both my toes had an infection. The doctor prescribed antibiotics and said that I cannot wear closed shoes for at least a week. 3 days have passed by and my pain is slowly getting better, however, the infection can still be seen. It is clear that the nail technician was not professional or else, she would not have cut that deep, she would not have told me to put my feet in the water after it was bleeding, and lastly she would not continue to put nail polish on an open wound. I felt the need to let the salon know and after driving all the way there, the only thing that the staff said was “oh just come back after healing and we can do it again.” I told them that I will not return, and they just smiled and did not even apologize. I have never experienced this in my life and I am beyond disappointed.
Andy has been doing my nails for years !!! Love his work. Both him and his wife are very professional. I am very picky person so when I say Andy is the best you better believe!!! Thank you Andy!!!!
Horrible! Do not let hanna do ur nails! She made my cuticles bleed! The nails were all different shapes and sizes. She put the gel over my cuticles ! She told me that she couldnt shape my uv gel nail because my natural nail was to short! This is the worst nail salon i have ever been to in my life!
