I got my nails done for my wedding here by Monica and they came out perfectly! She really took the time to make sure the shape and colour were what I wanted. She is thorough and has incredible attention to detail! The salon itself is clean and all the staff are super friendly!
Changed my review to 1 star recently as my brother got a severe infection from the place. He had to seek medical help. His toenail likely needs to be surgically removed. I already told the man at the salon after a week that his toe looks infected. They did not do anything, not even an apology. When problems arise, no customer services skills Ana is the best!! I get my pedicures from her always. Thank you for being patient. The man at the front is friendly and provides complimentary water bottles, making sure everyone is okay
My experience was perfect! Every time I go there Hanna does a beautiful job on my hand and feed! And she is very kind and friendly. The entire place is very cozy!
I went to get my nails done on a weekday. Nice clean place. Friendly staff. Jacky did my nails and for a regular polish on my hands that lasted well over a week I must say it’s excellent work as I tend to wash my hands often. Very happy with the service and I shall visit again as well as recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done.
This is not the first time I have been to this Salon but will be the last. I was there for almost 2hrs for a shellac medi and regular pedi. My toes and hand color doesn’t even match. When I mentioned it to the lady doing my nails she assured me it’s the same color. The design I showed her for my nails is completely different then what I got. I’m not happy with unmatched colors with toes and hands and messy design work. Waste of my $65 plus a tip.
Most horrible job done. everywhere i go to get shellac done i pay $15, i paid $20 for them. they were horribly done, they chipped a day after not even trying to get them ruined. i wanted funny bunny and she made them so streaky, i then asked her to put a white coat over it and she complained and took so long to get the colour. (it was only me and my friend in the salon). the colours we wanted on the pallets they did not even have. these photos were taken 2 days after the appointment
I went to this nail salon last night. I had to ask the lady to stop because my finger began to hurt while she was grinding my nail down. When I looked at my nail I saw that my natural nail was paper thin. I told her I wanted someone else to do my nails and they all began to talk in their language without answering me. I had to walk out because no one offered to help and no one apologized. I also did not want the same lady to finish because she clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Its really disappointing because I have been here before and never had a problem until now. I don’t know why they have ladies working here that don’t know what they’re doing when they can possibly hurt someone. I will never come back here. —— I read your response and you again make it clear that the lady who did my nails that evening did not know what she was doing. All my nails except my index finger nail had biogel and I told her that. The nail that she made paper thin was my pinky finger (which had biogel on it) She just kept grinding and grinding until the biogel came off and kept grinding when she hit my natural nail. She only stopped because I asked her to, not because she was done. She would have kept going if I didn’t ask her to stop. I’ve been getting bio gel refills for a very long time and my natural nails have NEVER been left paper thin. And just to make it clear, I asked her to remove the biogel instead of refill because she messed up the shape of my nail and I WAS NICE ENOUGH to give her a chance to finish my nails. When I saw Lily was with another client I said OUT LOUD ‘ I do not want her to finish my nails can someone else help me because i am going to leave’ NO ONE said they’ll help, NO ONE said sorry, NO ONE asked what happened and NO ONE told me they would put biogel on top of the ruined nail to ‘fix it’. In fact, when I showed Lily my paper thin nail she gave me a blank stare and began to speak to the other lady in her language. All I’m saying is DONT LET EMPLOYEES DO THINGS THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO. That lady might be great at manicures, or applying nail polish I don’t know. What I do know is that she does not know how to shape nails or remove biogel overlay. I don’t know if she can do anything else because I did not let her get that far thankfully.
