I get my gel fills and pedicure done with Tammy and I am never disappointed, she is very detailed and takes her time to ensure that I am happy with my nails. Always satisfied
It was my fourth time visiting that nail salon, and unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. I asked for a new set of nail extensions, but the result was poor some of my nails had visible gaps between the natural nails and the extensions. As a result, some of my nails had visible spaces between the natural nail and the extension, the technician simply filled the gaps with glue which looked unprofessional and poorly done. It was especially frustrating considering I’ve been a returning customer and had expected a consistent level of quality. This experience did not meet my expectations at all, and I left feeling dissatisfied and disappointed.
The staff are so rude and the customer service is awful! Specially one the employees who is called June! Her attitude is the worst! They always talk with their own language about customers!!! And also she doesn’t care about customer’s opinion and idea about the shape of the nails and the design! Also the price of the services are more expensive than other places! And also she is not that much talented in this job! Don’t trust them!
I scheduled my appointment well in advance, yet when I arrived on time, I was told there was a mix-up and someone else was given my slot. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff implied it was my mistake—without even checking properly. I had already started my appointment when they suddenly asked me to move or wait until the other customer (who didn’t even arrive until 20 minutes past 11) was finished. I was treated as if my time didn’t matter, and the entire situation was handled with a lack of professionalism and respect. A place like this should seriously reconsider how it treats its customers. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I would never recommend a business that treats people this way. I hope others think twice and choose a place that values and respects their clients
I have bad experience in this salon and I will never come back again. Lucy, who did my manicure and pedicure shellac, who did horrible job and when I asked her to fix one nail, she made my toe bleed with the nail file. She had also been raising her voice. I will tell everyone to avoid this location.
I realized at home that this was orange i wanted a pink color I asked for a design she said no because its a regular color but we are paying over 80$? For a Pedicure and a regular full set i thought pedi was 30$ and regular acrylic was 35$ im just not returning i was not happy with my pedi the nails acrylic was fine but the color of the toes was not what i wanted
This place is always busy because they have excellent services and the staff is very efficient. I have been getting my manicures and pedicures from Kim for many years and will continue to do so. She's amazing. I get many compliments.
