just called in to ask about pricing I said how much for acrylics the guy said 50 and then i asked and how much for biogel he said “WHY YOU ASK MANY THING YOU ONLY DO ONE THING RIGHT AND CHUCKLED” great way of turning off a customer before they even come in
I made an appointment and still made me wait around for 30 mins +. Kept telling me won’t be too long now. Mani-pedi was done well. No point of making appointments here.
Been a regular for 3 years but treated like my business isn’t important just because i didn't want a new set and only wanted the set removed. Not sure if this happened because the owner wasn’t there. Went in the first time and was asked to come back 45 mins later even though there was no one waiting. I did not book an appointment but instead went in 50-55 mins later. One of the staff was free and they only had one customer in the salon who was already being served. The moment she got to know that i was only there to get my set removed, they talked about something in their language , handed me their business card and asked to call and then visit the next time. I was so confused because this one lady had no one she was serving and there was absolutely no one waiting. You guys lost my business today. Got my services from the salon in the next plaza and was treated like my business was valued even if it was getting the set removed. I am sure if the owner was there this wouldn’t have happened.
Absolutely horrible, I’m so upset. Just wanted a simple set and couldn’t get done. My toenails are round and I asked for squared. They kept adding nail polish on top of what was already on making it clumpy the shellac nail polish is horrible quality no wonder why no one does pedicures here. Absolutely upset. Never coming here again! Please do not come here.
I wish I could give it 0 star It was my first time i found this store at the google and I read the reviews I book appointment on the phone one day before he confirmed everything on my appointment was at 10:15 I arrived at 10:25 just 10 minutes different, no customer at the store when I show the picture that I want this look do you know what to said to me oh you are 10 minutes late this one take a long time because he don’t know how to do it he did not accept if you can not why you book appointment don’t waste your money poor customer service
I like this place I also like my nail tech Jenny. It was my 1st time and they took me without an appointment (even though when they are busier season they require appointments) the prices are reasonable and quality is very good. It's a good salon. Next is my pedicure. I got gel nails with Shelac. Price was as expected and the shape of my nails are perfect. They are kind- all the employees. When you give attitude- expect attitude. Jenny massaged my hands after. Soo good. I also do my pedicures here and they do a lovely job, they always listen. I get overlay UV Gel - next ill be trying overlay BioGel which they also offer here!
The worst place ever. They charge more than others in the neighborhood and worst job done. My shellac didn't last even a week. They offered to fix it but even that came off. Cuticles were not done right. Totally wasted my money here. They remain closed most of the time . Frustrating experience. Don't even bother with them. Had to give one start because review couldnt be posted . Not worth even one star !
