I came with my sisters and cousin and we all came out with gorgeous nails! The level of care and attention they put into your nails is AH-mazing!! I would highly recommend!!
My best friend invited me to happy nails and service was excellent. Ben was my nail tech and he was fantastic. I came in tired and leaved happy ?....I think we've started a new tradition!
I’ve been coming to this place for almost 4 years. The last time I came here for an eyebrow wax was one of the worst experiences of my life. First of all the stuff were all rude. Second of all I quickly realized that it was the girls one of the first few times doing eyebrows and I just felt so uncomfortable. She in fact did mess up my eyebrows. She waxed in places where there was supposed to be no wax whatsoever and left all the hairs underneath. She also made me walk out of the salon with chucks on wax on my eyelids and eyebrows. I will never return to this place. Then I had another girl coming in there and guiding her how to do it. If I’m paying full price I’m not going to be someone’s test round. This was so disappointing because I’ve been a long time costumer but I won’t be returning.
Salon is extremely dirty and not hygienic at all. They took me right after another customer left without even changing the towel he used or clean the station. I was getting removal and they were supposed to remove the old bio gel. Even though we said it’s burning couple of times, they kept doing it, not even apologizing because of the pain they caused. Without going in order, they jumped another finger with a tip to remove the entire nail with a unused tip. I offfered to pay for one nail removal but they didn’t want to get paid. They are so unprofessional, dirty and torturing. I will definitely call vaughan health services.
This is usually my go-to nail salon ... and for the first time today, i had a incident about the price.. short french tips for 100$ I told her please remove the tips an let me walk out.. now im coming on the internet to leave a review and seeing everybody have the same issue and it seems to be this lady. The male owner is wonderful an i will contact him very soon. VERY DISAPPOINTED. UGLY BEHAVIOUR WHEN MANAGER NOT THERE
I wish I could put 0 stars but that's not an option so. Horrible spa very dirty and disgusting. They don't care about your nails they burnt all my nails with the drill and when I came in to remove my nails she tried to rip it off my nail as I told her it hurt and to stop but she kept going and told me to hold on. She then moved me to another worker as they took 1 hour to remove my nails and they were still not fully off because the girl doing my nails moved onto another client while she was working on me still had to pay for the removal even though it hurt and wasn't done. NEVER GO!!!!!!
I come here for pedicure only, I’ve been to so many places and this is best place by far in terms of job done and cleanliness. I wouldn’t go any place else. (4 star reviews) Edit: I used to go to this place all the time. Quality of the service went down so much. Prices are higher and also the place is really gross. It used to be so clean but the owners are covering up a cockroach infestation; I saw 5 when I was there and the lady was covering them with a container.
