Fluffy Spa at Vaughan did great job on cutting my chihuahua's nails! First time visitor and booked an appointment last minute. They were friendly, generous, and took good care of my dog. The place was clean and have nice modern decorations. Would definitely recommend!!

My first experience with them was during their free nail trimming at Global Pet Foods Woodbridge (Highway 7/Weston) whom I’ve met Quby and Wynne. Both of them were so nice. They’re only offering a free nail trimming but they offered to fix my pup’s haircut which amazed me of the result after. They also advised me on what to do with my pup’s coat to maintain shiny. From there, I became their customer. I don’t care driving all the way to Richmond Hill from Brampton for my pup’s grooming. Knowing that they opened a location at Vaughan, I take it as an advantage. I immediately book an appointment with them. They’re really consistent with their service and quality. Quby is so nice and always smiling even we were late with our appt. Quby can follow instructions very well too. Thank you Quby for the great service.
