Loved this place! The team did an amazing job grooming my baby<3 She came back looking like a princess!! You can tell they 100% care about flurry friends they work with. The whole place feels clean and inviting, which is such a big plus for me. Highly recommend checking them out~~
My Three dogs had their first visit at Paws Please for their Grooming. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the most lovely employee named Yoyo. My dogs had the BEST grooming ever!!!! I’ve tried a few different places over the years and Yoyo is by far the most talented at what she does but she’s also the most loving and gentle to the dogs She spent the time to get some Mats out of one of my dogs so he didn’t have to be shaved down more than the other two. She wanted them to all look similar. Other groomers I’ve been to will just take the easy way and shave down. I have a sheepadoodle, Aussiedoodle and mini poodle mix My dogs were so happy there. Other places it’s been hard to get them in the door. Thank you Yoyo so much for a wonderful experience and the lovely gift I received from you for the holidays. I highly recommend!!!
Highly recommend Paw Please for their excellent service! The staff were super professional and really cared about my pup. My pup has pretty sensitive skin, so I was a bit worried, but the place was super clean, and everything went PERFECTLY. NO skin issues at all after grooming—such a relief! Definitely my go-to spot now!
I had an amazing experience with Paw please. They are incredibly skilled and truly care about the pets they work with. My dog came out looking adorable with the perfect haircut, and she seemed happy and relaxed afterward. The store is exceptionally clean and well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence that my pet was in good hands. Every grooming station was spotless, and the tools looked sanitized and ready to use. The entire space felt welcoming and professional. Our groomer, Yoyo always is so patient and kind, even when my dog gets a little nervous. They also added a cute bow to her collar, which was such a thoughtful touch! I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants excellent care for their pets. Thank you so much for the wonderful service—we’ll definitely be back!
STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! After a visit to this service my dog started having issues with her skin and it turns out she got fleas!!! It is absolutely not a coincidence that the flea infestation coincided with the visit to this shop. None of my dogs in 17 years EVER had fleas and while I don’t exclude the possibility she got infected from grass (she has no contact with other dogs ever) —- the most likely explanation is the visit to Paw Please and considering the reviewer below. This is the most awful and inconvenient way to add more problems to an already busy schedule. What an irresponsible service provider.
I will 100% be back here. The place is very clean and although I forgot the name of the groomer, she definitely took care of Buddy and Ralph. Ralph had some really bad matting surrounding his entire coat of fur and she managed to groom him. He now looks absolutely beautiful. She also clipped Buddy's nails and apparently he was very well behaved with her. Normally Buddy is an aggressive dog and doesn't take too kindly with strangers, but I was surprised to hear that we did not get charged a handling fee for him, which is a first. My dogs seem to love this place and will now be my go to for all my pet grooming needs, Thank you so much!
We were very happy with the level of service and care at Paw Please. My dog came in nervous and when I come to pick up she didn’t want to leave. They did exactly what I asked and are very professional. I highly recommend them to any dog owner!!
