Daniella at So Fetch has been grooming my Charlie for years now and she is the best we’ve ever had. Charlie is not an easy dog to groom, And he has just taken to her and her staff so well. Well enough that we take him almost every month! The environment at So Fetch Helps our anxious boy feel at ease because he can run around and play with his friends. Won’t ever take him to any other Groomer. Daniella is truly a master at her craft.
Have been bringing my dog ace here the past few grooming and have been thoroughly impressed by the service. Dani always takes the time to do a great job and pays attention to detail making him look amazing every time. Dani always goes the extra step and notifies you if she notices something wrong and a way to prevent or treat it and gives great advice to better the care for him. I wish I could rate so fetch higher than 5 stars.

From the moment we walked in, I knew my Baci was in the best hands. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth, took the time to learn about my dog’s personality and grooming needs, and made both of us feel totally at ease. My dog can be a little nervous, but the groomers were so patient, gentle, and kind. The cut? Flawless. My Baby looked like he walked off the set of a doggy photoshoot! Clean, fresh, fluffy, and perfectly styled. The attention to detail was incredible; nails trimmed just right, ears cleaned carefully, and he smelled amazing (without being over-perfumed). I recently brought my senior rescue dog, Ruby, in for her first grooming appointment, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care Daniella provided. From the moment we walked in, Daniella was gentle and patient, taking the time to make Ruby feel safe and comfortable. As a newly adopted senior pup, Ruby can be a bit nervous in new situations, but Daniella’s calm and kind approach made all the difference. Not only did she treat Ruby with so much love and compassion, but she also gave her a beautiful haircut—Ruby came out looking, feeling and smelling like a brand new dog! I've been taking my dog to So Fetch for Thera-clean baths, and it's been a great experience. Dani, is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer any questions. She's kind, respectful, and easy to talk to. Everyone at So Fetch really cares about your pet which is reflected in the work they do. My dog always comes home happy and I would definitely recommend So Fetch to other dog owners. They offer a lot of helpful services and consistently go above and beyond.
The person who was doing the haircut was very rude and impolite and charged me more than the price listed on the website. I will not be taking my dog here again.
