We have been customers of Golden Cuts since they first opened up shop. We have been very pleased with Amanda and her team. My dog Sprite is always groomed by Alicia. She does an excellent job. Their prices have increased quite a bit in recent years. We are very happy with their service. ??

This was my 3rd visit and I was very happy with my first two. They didn’t tell me they raised the price and after I picked up my dog, I realized his inner ears weren’t groomed at all and his paws weren’t shaved properly. I called back and let them know and she told me to come back but I didn’t bother. It was more hassle to go back due to construction in that area. I am not sure if I will be going back. I wish I could show them the picture.
The very best place for grooming in Vaughan. We took our sweet girl Maggie there from the day Amanda opened the doors to Golden Cuts. They were always so good with her but never more than in the last few years of her life. Alicia was her groomer and she loved Maggie, they all loved Maggie and recently when we lost our sweet girl we received a beautiful and heartfelt message from both Amanda (the owner) and today Alicia. Its more than the grooming at Golden Cuts, its the love they show every pet that comes through their doors. If you are looking, look no further then Golden Cuts Grooming Thank you to the amazing staff for your love and gentle caring for our girl, we will miss her forever and miss coming there.
Some reviews are just ridiculous and harsh and those people can never be pleased. I've brought my dog here many times and been very happy with the cut. I am definately a continuing customer and have no ties to the owner. Although I still gave 5 star I'd like to see improvement with the following: 1) don't offer a discount then forget to apply it on check out. 2) it's annoying when I'm trying to ask a question but all i can hear is blow dryers. I can't hear you talking over the noise, so take a second to talk to your customers as it can make a big difference. Overall great cuts!
