We brought our dog to this groomer twice. The grooming was fine both times, however the second time we were charged close to $40 extra for the exact same service. The groomer had changed (I was told she no longer works there), but I specifically asked for the same service to be done with the new groomer. When I called to ask about the price difference, I spoke to the owner, who seemed unsure how to respond. She admitted that it was a big price difference, but tried to tell me we were undercharged the first time (despite this being the price we were quoted before going in the first place). Then she said she would get back to me. I have called two other times, each time leaving a message. The last time I spoke with her she told me to "be patient". Almost two weeks later, I have still not heard back. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this grooming salon. The quotes that I have got from other salons nearby are in line with the price that we paid the first time, so much more reasonable.
Quality went way down, with never knowing who will groom our dog. Employees turn over was rather high never knowing who we will see and we ended up getting bad results multiple times. (Despite we always signed up to see the owner, who we trusted and had good results.) Our dog also became unhappy and there was no point left to visit them any longer. Communication was also an issue as it is lagging as getting anwers back was taking forever.
Great dog groomer. Called last minute to ask about a nail trim for our dog, they were able to accommodate. Great attention to detail, super patient. Highly recommend.

Jun looked absolutely stunning when I picked him up, and I could tell he had been treated with the utmost care and skill. Lastly, I was surprised when Alison went the extra mile by capturing stunning photos of Jun after the grooming session. She not only groomed him to perfection but also took the time to take high-quality, photographs. Alison is a kind, patient groomer! My puppy Mango is extremely squirmy, especially when it comes to bathing and grooming but Alison did a great job with her. She also made Mango look fabulous with her pink ears!
A past bad grooming experience had left Casper our 3 year old PWD so anxious that he would shake when bathing him. Allison was empathetic to Casper's needs, was extremely patient and caring with Casper and it truly showed when he returned to us his "happy go lucky" self. Allison you are AWESOME!
