Our dog has been going to Pawparazzi for about 3 years. The groomers are amazing with our dog and he always comes out looking great. RECENTLY: last two grooms which are now our last. Positives: they call / text for everything; groom was great Negatives: new receptionist is young and immature - needs lessons in how to speak to customers and customer service. Our dog was matted; I called in as they asked and she told me three time "I can just go pick him up ..." almost yelling at me. I could tell by her voice she couldn't deal with "situations". When they were a young business, the place was great. As they have grown, their service has changed despite their groomers still being great. We have found a new groomer for our dog after asking management to call me 4 times; I got an email rather than a call a month later. The email was cowardly - a call should have been the right service. All in all, there are so many groomers in the GTA right now that this isn't a loss for us. I am writing this more so people are aware that their teenage receptionist needs a major attitude adjustment and some lessons in speaking or a script from which to read in order to be better.
My dog did not want to leave! He looked super cute, smelt amazing, and so clean. Receptionist super friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating. Reasonably priced as well.
Specifically asked for my dogs paw pads to be cut, as he slides when hair grows. There’s still a lot of hair. Also was not thrilled with how they priced my dog. We disagreed on pricing based on his size. I don’t like that you can’t see what they are doing in the back unlike other groomers. The only thing I can give 2 stars for is that he smells good and he’s groomed in a decently neat way.
I brought my Samoyed in and they did a wonderful job. She looks, feels and smells perfect! :) The staff are very kind, considerate and are knowledgeable on the breed. Thank you so much!
I will no longer be bringing my dog here for any grooming or other services. The service has become unorganized and unproffessional. I brought my toy poodle for her regular grooming on July 24, 2025 and 6 days later while at home I noticed flees on her. I attempted to call them to discuss what might have happend and see if my dog may have potentially came into contact with any other dogs while she was with them. They did not answer or return my calls. On my last attempted phone call I left them a voicemail explaining that I had found flees on my dog. In my voicemail I suggested that they contact the other clients they had on that day to make sure no other dogs were exposed to the flees. I also asked them to call me back to discuss how flees may have gotten on to my dog. I did not yell or leave any type of confrontational voicemail, I simply wanted to discuss what had happened. I really wanted to discuss the situation with them because this was the second time my dog came back from grooming. The summer of 2024 I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I honestly couldnt be sure where my dog may have encountered flees. And I didnt want to accuse anyone without being sure. This time around my dog had no other contact with another dog and she does not play in dog parks or open fields so it is highly unlikely she would get flees from anywhere else. They did not call me back, but the following week on Aug 4, 2025 they sent me a text to confirm some other clients grooming appointment. I replied to the text explaining I was not the client the text was meant for and I also brought up how unprofessional it was to ignore a client after they gave my dog flees but have time to text me to confirm appointments for other clients. They did not call me back. August 10, 2025 they called me to pick up some random dog so I assumed it was some other clients dogs they had and didnt even know what phone number to call. I informed them again this is very unproffessional to mix up and call the wrong client and still not respond to request to discuss what had happened to my dog. I ended the conversation be informing them I no longer wish to discuss what happend to my dog since they will take not take accountability and even call me back. I also asked that they please stop contacting me about other clients dogs. Overall I do not recommend using this Grooming/ Spa service. I even found out all my friends that had recommended this place to me over 2 years ago stopped bringing their dogs here as well for other issues regarding their professionalism and service.
Friendly. Dogs looked absolutely amazing afterward. Local and convenient walking distance. Really happy with our first few experiences and will go back and recommend to others.
