I use HealthShield's in-home delivery service and that has really improved my quality of life for someone who needs RX's filled regularly. Their team works effectively and efficiently over email making the overall process so seamless for me. My only regret is not using them earlier. I give gem 9/10!
I wanted to share my positive experience with the pharmacy staff at Health Shield, especially the lady at the counter. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and even checked on pricing and stock for me. The staff at Health Shield are always quick and efficient. In comparison, the pharmacy workers at Shoppers Drug Mart locations often seem indifferent or have difficulty understanding customer requests. Health Shield is far superior, and I highly recommend it.
What a wonderful change from my old pharmacy (Costco). Smaller pharmacy, closer to home, super friendly staff and great service. Couldn't be happier and they already seem to know us. Very personable. Great job guys
I had a positive experience at this store recently. The employees were polite and helpful, the product selection was diverse and well-organized, and the prices were budget-friendly. The store was easy to locate and provided a comfortable shopping experience. I'll be back for sure and recommend it to others.
Staff are very friendly but EVERY TIME I call in for a prescription refill it is NEVER ready when I come pick it up. I give them multiple hours to get it ready and I always end up having to wait for my prescription. So frustrating.
Being a Healthcare Worker (now UHN, previously Mt. Sinai, Finance), a Board Member (CHATS) & a care provider to my senior parents (who reside with me), I can say Jane Pharmacy has always provided excellent service over the years. My mother is presently undergoing Chemo at Princess Margaret; home blister pack delivery is a valuable service that I rely on to provide much needed pharma care to my mother. Emails and phone calls are my primary modes of communication; I will like to specifically highlight my positive interaction with Kiro, Janet and Vicky from Jane Pharmacy.
