As much as it is very conveniently located, the service here leaves a lot to be desired. I go usually 3-4 times a year so I am not a regular customer, and even when I go, I usually get ignored. The app is useless as my request never goes through to the set location. As I said, the vicinity wins here.
I have always received excellent customer service here for the past 10 plus years. They go above and beyond to make sure we are taken good care of! Mina and Sara are awesome with their service and their other staff too who work in the pharmacy. Lots of parking around the plaza. Thank you guys for your dedication in what you do!
***UPDATE*** January 23, 2025 I can hardly believe that it's been six years since I wrote my review. I thought it was due time for an update, as some staff have gone, and some have joined. My initial viewpoint remains unchanged - outstanding all around! I would like to praise two "new" staff members in particular, Larisa (Pharmacist), and Laleh (Technician/Assistant). I cannot stress enough how caring they both are. They take their positions seriously, and is clearly evident. Not only are they efficient, but warmhearted as well. During my visit today, I was informed that one of my medications was on an extended backorder. Both Laleh and Larisa took the initiative and suggested I try the generic version. I agreed, and was very pleased with their recommendation. Not only was it readily available, but was considerably less expensive. As I have no insurance and must pay out of pocket, it was a welcome solution for me. All this with a pleasant smile on their faces. They truly helped me out of a potential bind today, and am so grateful to them both. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Samineh as well. She too goes above and beyond to help. Kudos to Mina and Sara (Owners/Pharmacists) for hiring Larisa, Laleh, and Samineh - great decision! It truly is "TEAM" Drugs. ***Original Review*** I have been a customer of Team Drugs for many years, and have received nothing but outstanding service. The Owners/Pharmacists, Mina Kouta and Sara Youanas, are courteous, informative, and compassionate. They take a true interest in one’s well-being, and give superb advice. They are meticulous in their work, and convey that to their customers. They are not merely satisfied with dispensing medication, but want to know one’s medical history, whether or not it applies to matters at hand, so they can better serve the customer presently and upon future visits. Furthermore, I am very pleased with their Pharmacy Assistants/Technicians, in particular with Parisa (no longer works at the pharmacy). She makes obtaining my medication an easy and pleasant task. She is always smiling, happy, and eager to please. I highly recommend Team Drugs. Michael M.
