Why it took 1 hour to get ready the prescribe medication when everthing is online and they have the prescription already in their hand why they need too call someone seems like they don't know what they have to do and keep discussing what they did whole day with their colleagues insted of making the prescription.these guys realy need to learn how to do their job they need to retrained or sent back to the institute where they get their degrees from.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOPPERS IF YOU ARE BYING ANYTHING EXPENSIVE, THEY DO NOT OFFER WARRANTY OR EXCHANGE IF ANYTHING IS BROKEN OR MALFUNCTION Bought a nasal cleaner here, it stopped working after the first use, the button was stuck, at this time, I have only purchased this device for a week or so. So I brought the unit back, had asked for an exchange for a new one. But they refused it. And said that I "might" have swapped the device and there is no way to check. But I mentioned that there is serial number on the device and stores like bestbuy and Canada computer alway track the serial number. At this point I am stuck with a broken nasal machine and down 100 dollor. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!!!!!!!

The small older women with heavy dark circles under the eyes in the beauty section was really pushy and rude. Don’t recommend shopping here there’s another shoppers 2 mins away.

There were no baskets anywhere in the store entrance. I had to go through to the exit near the lineup to get a simple basket. Then I grabbed some spray deodorant both the one I grabbed bad the line next to it were on sale for 4.99 and then I was charged 19.99 on the receipt when I got home. Garbage experience zero customer service. The most the sale lady did was stare me down because she thought I was trying to steal. Maybe if people did their jobs there wouldnt be mislabeled items on the shelf and zero baskets at the entryway. Im disabled so this makes it 10× worse. I would have asked for assistance if I noticed the overcharge but was too distracted by the audacity of the salesperson to look down upon me when she is bored and clearly doesnt know what her job is to HELP PEOPLE NOT STARE THEM DOWN LIKE THEY ARE ANIMALS. WONT BE RETURNING TO YOUR GARBAGE PALACE

My spouse and I came to buy a few things, and my wife needed to use the washroom. However, the staff told us that after 11 PM, the washroom is not available. The employee named Akshay and his manager were unhelpful and acted as if they were being forced to work. If you come to this Shoppers and need to use the washroom, make sure it’s before 11 PM.

Subject: Concern Regarding Pharmacy Service Experience Dear Josephine (the owner) I am writing to raise a concern about a recent experience I had at your pharmacy. Today Aug 28, I dropped off my prescription for Naproxen at 8:30ish, A staff member named Ahmed informed me that the prescription would not be ready until the next day. I explained that I needed the medication that same night as I had to travel early the next day. Unfortunately, Ahmed responded in an unprofessional and arrogant manner, questioning why I had dropped off the prescription a day later. He then told me it would take approximately 1.5 hours and that I would be notified when it was ready for pickup.(which it seems not busy) After waiting for 3 hours without receiving any notification, I returned to the pharmacy at 11:27 PM. The pharmacist on duty informed me that my prescription had not been flagged in the system for pickup at all. I chose Shoppers Drug Mart because of its strong reputation for customer service, but this experience was disappointing. A lack of proper customer service training, especially in dealing with urgent or time-sensitive requests, can seriously impact customer trust and the overall reputation of the business. I went to Shoppers Drug Mart at this store on my birthday to treat myself and explore some luxury makeup brands I hadn’t tried before. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While I was browsing, one of the store associates (a blond lady with dyed hair) at beauty section kept following me around the entire time, which made me really uncomfortable. I was genuinely just taking my time and enjoying the shopping experience, but her constant staring, pointing, and involving other staff made me feel extremely singled out—to the point where it felt borderline racist. By the time I got to the billing counter, her attitude was just cold and dismissive, which left a sour taste on what should’ve been a fun birthday outing. I usually enjoy shopping at Shoppers, but this experience really disappointed me. Honestly speaking I would rate this negative if that's possible!!!
