Amazing customer service. I have been a customer for over 6 years now and every time I only have to wait under five minutes and sometimes even under 2 min. The service is very quick. The staff is very friendly and very understanding. The best part is that they have free delivery service. Also, the walk-in clinic is right beside the pharmacy in the same unit and whenever Dr writes a prescription, I can easily get it from this Pharmacy. I highly recommend to any new patient in area or in nearby cities.

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. The owners and staff are always efficient and friendly. I’ve been with them for a while, so they remember my name and what I need. They offer same day delivery except on Sundays which is just.... amazing. If someone experiences this pharmacy.... they will never go to Shoppers Drug Mart, or a big chain pharmacy ever again. I can’t even reach Shoppers by phone! This pharmacy always answers. Always. And they truly care about their customers. One day when I was extremely sick with the flu, my normal prescription delivery was due. So I called them that morning and asked them to please also send cough medicine, Halls lozenges, Advil... a bunch of things. (Just to be clear, they won’t deliver Advil by itself. They only deliver prescription medicine but they can ADD non-prescription items to THAT prescription delivery). They were so nice that they moved my delivery date up, and gave me my prescription med + all the cold/flu supplies I needed that same day I called them (that afternoon). And years ago, I asked them to keep my credit card on file so they just charge everything to my card. Does Shoppers Drug Mart do that? Nope. Do other small pharmacies offer free deliver 6 out of 7 days? Nope. Does any other pharmacy offer same or next day delivery? I’ve never seen one. I used Shoppers Drug Mart + Costco Pharmacies my whole life... so I thought that’s what all pharmacies were like. Cold, clinical, hurried, inefficient..... But this pharmacy is the total opposite. They take such great care of me. I’m very lucky. When our family grows and we have children, we will all be under the care of this excellent pharmacy for life :)
