Came here for the first time today as I needed a medicine compounded, and had a great experience. They first said 1-2 hour wait, but upon seeing my child’s swollen face they offered to make it right away- this was incredibly kind of them. Both staff members that I spoke to were friendly and patient with me as I gathered my insurance information. Medicines were explained to me thoroughly, and all of my questions were answered. Thank you!
I’ve been coming here for a year. They always said my medicine wouldn’t be covered by my insurance. Turns out that wasn’t true at all!! They simply didn’t know how to file the claim or did not bother to and choose to lie and keep charging me a very expensive medicine. I’m so glad I found another pharmacy that actually knows what they’re doing.
Would give zero stars if possible. They did not run insurances properly and charge me for drugs and pharmacy that are covered by my insurance. They also told me "these drugs are never covered by insurance".
This pharmacy said they have to order my prescription and 10 minutes later I received a call saying that they have my prescription so next time check first before I leave
First time going to Royal Compounding Pharmacy this past Saturday and you know how they say a smile makes your day. Unfortunately I did not get her name but her smile definitely made my day. I was told to return within a couple of hours to allow for the compound to be mixed. When I arrived at the time I was told, the product was waiting for me along with a prescription that could have made me feel uncomfortable to receive but again that smile. So professional and pleasant. I'm thinking if this is the regular experience at Royal; they will be my Pharmacy of choice. Thank you
Friendly and professional staff always ready to help clients. Ava has been always available and responded shortly on the same day anytime we needed help. She has also done follow-ups each time to ensure our needs would have been completely met. We don’t know how to say “Thank You” enough to Ava to appreciate her time and efforts. Ava is the best ever.
