North York Auto Collision performed work on our car in May of this year. When we picked up the car, the damaged area looked brand new. From the onset, the team was very professional and explained all aspects of the work being done. The cost and timeframe estimated for getting the parts and for performing the work was excellent. I asked a lot of questions and they did not hesitate to help out with answering any of my concerns. Not only did they complete the work that was expected on time, but they went the extra mile to ensure that the front bumper was touched up and the color (dark blue) matched well with the rest of the car. I would highly recommend their services for anyone requiring auto body work.

I went first to another autobody shop, where the owner didn't answer his phone or texts and left me waiting for 15 minutes. I was leery of this owner since he had a lot of shady Google reviews. So I looked for an alternative and found North York Auto Collision. Friendly from the outset, Khalil and Milad were so welcoming. I was updated when the car door was ordered, when the body repair was done. All the body work was done in 2 days! For a Tesla! Very satisfied with the top notch service!
Outstanding. Ya…outstanding. I don’t know how else to put it. The only worthy and deserved praise of the professionalism, the courtesy, the honesty, the respect for my car, AND myself, and all in a timely fashion at a more than fair price. Picking it up in such pristine condition just made my day. Probably made many of my days to come. I also have to say, that all of the rusted areas of the car, and there were many, have returned my classic 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 500 to its original body condition. Maybe even better with this immaculate paint job. It just looks fit now. What a refreshing change to be able to trust who you leave your vehicle with to the handle it with the same the care that you always do, and to return it to you in a condition even better than you ever expected. Thank you. I will remember this. And I will never trust any of our cars to anyone else.
