I went there around 8:20-8:30 where Evan (I believe that’s his name) and this other guy were working. So unprofessional!! First, they were talking super loudly and cussing, and the worst part they were on speaker phone talking with a friend!! They messed up my dad’s father and gave him the wrong size and the taste of the drinks was not great at all, overall bad service!!
Found this hidden gem inside of local Walmart. Never thought I can find a Asian bubble tea store there. The store owner Raymond and Alex helped me to get order and made me a nice bubble tea. Like to see more Asian food store in my local area.
Very disappointed im always here at this location everyone knows me. I came in today the lady with the colored contacts was rude didnt even greet me i had to say hi how are you. She doesnt smile. I asked for a regular pearl milk tea which i always get she barely put any pearls in i asked if she can please add a bit more as im a regular here and i know the standard amount she said no and was very rude.. save ur time and money and go to another location. I will not be coming back here im disgusted at the customer service etiquette
Ordered delivery from this Chatime but the bubble tea and mango tea still tasted good! I was worried that the ice would melt and leave it tasting watered down, but both drinks tasted great and I was also able to get a small discount with the delivery. It's a bit far so I can't visit, but will order again for sure :)

I was happy to have a chatime close by but I have been very disappointed in the quality of drinks that I have been receiving. Every time I order a milk tea from this location the drinks have been mediocre at best, every drink taste water down and not on par with other locations. I gave this location the benefit of the doubt being new but i think I’ve given the location enough chances to get things right.
