The crew is very rude and not paying attention with the customers order (because she is on the phone). Who will buy the product even though its really good with that ridiculous attitude. You should hire better people so you will sell more. Customer service should be number one.
I don’t think five stars even comes close to doing this place justice. The sweet young lady with black hair and grey contacts working this morning was incredibly kind, patient, and on top of everything. She handled a steady flow of orders by herself with speed and care, making drinks efficiently without ever compromising quality. She suggested I try their piña colada and brown sugar milk tea, and both were exceptional. The flavors were rich and balanced, and the tapioca was perfectly chewy, soft, and lightly sweet. The shop also has a great selection of board games, which adds a cozy and fun touch. The customer service was easily a 20 out of 10, and the drinks were an easy 10. I’d recommend this spot to anyone, especially for a cute date or a relaxed hangout.
If I could give more than 5 I would! The kind young lady working in the morning today was so sweet and attentive, she was quick with drink making, taking customers orders efficiently and handling the drinks with care all while doing it alone! She recommended me the peach, blueberry fresh tea and brown sugar crème brûlée, which were both delicious! The tapioca was chewy, soft , and sweet! They also had plenty of board games displayed which was a bonus. I would say customer service was a 11/10, and overall quality of the drinks a solid 10! I’d recommend choosing this place as your next date spot!
Best bubble tea in the area, no competition! I've tried every single type of BT out there and this place is by far my top choice! Wide selection of flavours which you can mix and match freely, plus an assortment of non-dairy alternatives applicable for all of their drinks The taiyaki desserts are an added bonus!
Used to visit this place so often , but recently got Brown sugar milk tea , the huge guy who took the order and was preparing it made a horrible drink. Not sweet at all. Tapioca pearls were not soft. The tea tasted bitter. Disappointed with the experience.
Good menu but the place needs to be cleaned especially when it's a hangout spot for many. The washroom is disgusting and the walls of the store is stained. Like what
Best bubble tea in the GTA hands down! I come here all the time, Taro coconut is amazing and the cheese cake smoothie with added creme brulee which I get 50% syrup is Great! Customer service is always fantastic, 10/10
