Loveta was so nice!! She was super sweet, attentive, and just a joy to be around. I really appreciated her kindness and energy — she truly made everything better. I’d definitely come back just because of her!❤️❤️
Very nice and clean place. We went there late so didn't see anyone but a staff serving the tea. The staff was very nice, soft to speak with and amazing customer service. The ambience was amazing, as there were games like air hockey, foosball, cards, Rubik's cube, Jenga. We played while waiting for our Bubble tea, which tasted super yummy. Loved it overall.
Great company and great service. The manager hooked me up with a nice refresher green tea drink. It was amazing. Definitely a place to visit. You will enjoy the service and the products.
HotSpot Bubble Tea is hands-down, the BEST bubble tea spot in the GTA! They also have games, vegan options and carry Nonna Lia. The vibe is always immaculate and I’m always greeted with the warmest energy. Vaughan is very lucky to have this hidden gem!
It was my first time coming here and it’s a very cute small business. Service and drinks were great. They also have desserts from Baked by Beccs and Nonna Lia
I've never been to the shop before but have been served via their truck a couple of times. I wish I know their names but the lady that takes the orders is just the sweetest. The menu was simple but I was still a bit confused and needed to make sure I get what I want to order. I gave her my list and they came with exactly how I wanted it and it was delicious. I ordered a couple for myself and family and they all liked it. I'm not close their location but will definitely pass by whenever I'm in the area.
Very nice, my little sister said that it’s the best boba tea ever. Editting my review today 09/26/24 - changing to 2 stars from 5 starts after Indian girl today was having one air pod in and was having a full blown conversation on her phone while taking our order, she couldn’t hear us nor she could understand what we wanted. I like this place and we like bubble tea from here but when I come in to buy your product , I want to have some respect , we don’t need much , just pay attention to us. I am sure you can call back to whoever you are talking to. Also it’s annoying when you are in there and she is talking and you don’t know if she is talking to you or talking to someone else. And another thing is my sister asked her a question about pop corn mashine and of course she didn’t hear it and ignored her. I won’t be back. Sad thing as my sister loved this place.
