What kind of bubble tea establishment opens at 12pm on a Sunday, and is 10min late opening their doors, just to tell customers walking in their tapioca is going to be another 15min? Very disappointing.
Service was quick and efficient as it was quiet during today's snowstorm. Milk tea and tea latte was good though they didn't give option of ice or sugar level. However, they charged 13% tax during the tax holiday. I mentioned it, but the employee doesn't seem to know so I didn't push it. Edit: their machine was not updated, hence it was still charging tax in error. I did eventually get the tax refunded back.
Management must suck here. Staffing seems to be an issue. Waited 15mins for 2 drinks. Only 1 person working at 6pm. It’s prime time where people get off work and either get food and drinks before heading home. Two. Management seems to suck at forecasting or getting their products in stock. Go to Walmart or something. Jezzzz. I’m sure I’m going to get a reply from management saying they are sorry for the negative feedback. How about fixing it?
I usually stop by after work to unwind with some delicious drinks. Thanks to the wonderful team who always make the best beverages. I'll definitely be back for more!
They always run out of stuff and they have a list of stuff they run out of but even that they don’t keep up-to-date with. For example, I wanted Matcha today and didn’t have Matcha but it wasn’t on the sign. How can you be out of stuff every day just order more if you know it runs out.
Came to get a waffle bc I was so impressed with the waffle bought previously at the highway 7 location. This location does not fan the waffle and you can see the steam in the paper cup. ..so it's a soggy bubble waffle. Worst of all, there's a DEAD FLY inside the paper cup..... Not impressed. In fairness, the bbt was good though.
