Loved the Christmas drawing event at CoCo near Vaughan Mills! Everyone could draw and got a cute magnet when you buy Crème Brulee drinks, plus buy1get1 free drink with the color draw. Such a fun and thoughtful event!
Great CoCo location near Vaughan Mills. Drinks are always tasty and consistent, toppings are fresh, and the staff is friendly. Will definitely come back!
Good staff, variety and options. Would give 5 stars if their sitting area had better acoustic, there was so much sound eco that I couldn't sit inside more than 5 minutes.
I placed two separate orders on Uber Eats — one for 6 milk teas and another for 8 milk teas, for myself and my co-workers. However, I only received 4 straws in total. Unfortunately, some of us weren’t able to enjoy the drinks because of this.
June 20th, 9:50 PM, Worst Customer Experience Ever The girl working the counter had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. The moment I asked about a drink, she snapped that it was “sold out”, with a tone so rude it was as if I had personally offended her by even asking. As someone who’s worked in the service industry, it was blatantly obvious she just didn’t want to make the drink because it would take more than a minute. There was zero effort, zero professionalism, and zero respect for the customer. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience. If you can’t be bothered to do your job, you shouldn’t be behind the counter.
i used to love this place, and i’m not the type to leave bad reviews.. however being deceived and lied to is not a pleasant feeling! my family and i went here at 9pm and were told that the buy one get the 2nd for $1 deal was over due to “lack of pearls”! HOWEVER, the customers right behind us asked for the promotion and the girl gave them the deal! it’s important to note that these customers were RIGHT behind us so how does it make sense that suddenly there were enough pearls? i didn’t say anything in the moment bc i didn’t want to cause a scene, however, it would’ve been nice to not be deceived and lied to :)
Called in for an order was told we can’t take your order coz we are busy so walk in, don’t know what difference that would make. Guess will take our business elsewhere
