This used to be the tea spot I frequented on a weekly basis but my last few visits have been disappointing. On my last visit my milk tea was 1/4 foam…I was less than impressed considering the tea cost me $8.25 before taxes, which brings me to my next point. I noticed that within the last few weeks, this location had raised its prices on all teas, not just the premium drinks as listed on their menu. I went to a downtown location after dinner one night last week only to realize it was only the Vaughan location that raised its prices. I asked for a cup of water and was told that they would have to charge me $0.30 for the cup, and the ‘cup’ was a tiny goblet that they use when they gave out free samples which this location also does not do anymore. Moreover, the Vaughan location got rid of its loyalty program while other locations still have it. I’m not sure why these changes are only at this location but needlessly to say, I won’t be back.
Love this tea…the milk is so foamy! But unfortunately this location has not only raised prices, but they have also discontinued the rewards program and the tea is not as high quality as the past…I suspect less tea concentration when brewing….
love this place! the bubble tea was so rich and creamy, and they do not hold back with the tapioca! a bit pricier than other places by a dollar or 2, but definitely worth it for a treat here and there!
Always a great time when i come to the vaughan location. i believe Long was the one who helped me and he was amazing. informative, kind, and friendly. thank you for a great experience.
This place gets the tea flavour just right and sweetness too! I asked for less ice and they did a great job in giving just the right amount to keep the drink cool and still lots of milk tea left. Service is also always very kind
been here twice so far - the customer service has been exceptional both times. i really enjoy the bubble volcano, its not like any other boba i’ve had. i will definitely keep coming back
So glad to have a location closer to home, we would go out of our way to visit the Markham location previously. The store is immaculately clean, staff are so wonderfully kind and are happy to walk you through the menu with suggestions if needed. This location is much less busy than Markville’s, which is perfect and has adequate seating as well.
