Absolutely disgusting service and even more disgusting customer service they added ketchup to my burger after I went home, opened it up to my shocking eyes, then drove all the way back and then simply asked for a poutine and they refused to give me a poutine because it was six dollars Horrible location don’t go there, I used to spend over $100 a week here maybe $200 a week and now they want me to email them to make it right why not make it right when I was at the window this place is disgusting and some of the employees are just idiots they need better training for customer service when the customer tells you what it will take to make it right you simply do it, but this experience is probably good for me because I don’t go there anymore and eating much healthier food.
The sandwiches were merely okay-mushy buns, fresh veggies, nothing special meat patty. But the reason for low marks is that price listed on their banner is wrong. The add on of cheese and bacon are extra, but price is not listed (like other fast food places does) nor was it communicated by cashier. Did not realise the price difference until drove up and paid for it.
It's a burger king, it's always hit or miss unless its the whopper, but as a combo they have gotten expensive, minus the 5 dollar menu , they have terrible soft drink machines every time I've recieved a drink here it taste like pop too much fizz it's mainly that bubble Taste, nasty
The first incompetence was them sending me an original chicken sandwich on a round bun. Not sure how they can just substitute the bun as they please. This time I just received stale fries and they missed the gravy on the side. Don't expect to get what you ordered, they will just send whatever they feel like. Their food is old and stale also.
Ordered a Jr whopper in drive threw. Came quick was good. Reason for leaving review. They put napkins in the bag. Something as small as that made me leave a review. Thanks.
This brand new Burger King is perfect for late night Whopper cravings as it is open until 4 am every day. Tasty food and great atmosphere! Also, BK makes much better nuggets than McDonald's.
Staff was good but they took forever to deliver my food though there was no one. Food taste was horrible. I was able to taste over used oil. You can’t sit inside because the entire place is filled with horrible cooking smell. All in all,can’t suggest this place to anyone though I live right across the street.
