Paid $58 for this meal and it was extremely disappointing. The food didn’t taste good at all — not even close. The cheese was just thrown on top and wasn’t even melted, which says a lot about the effort put into the dish. For this price, the quality was unacceptable. The food lacked flavor, felt poorly prepared, and definitely wasn’t worth the money. Presentation can’t make up for bad taste. Very overpriced for what you get. Won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place.
It was my first time trying this chicken place and Angel was extremely helpful, her customer service was exceptional! Would definitely coma back for the soy garlic chicken!
The soy garlic, chicken, and the on the creamy you ttebokkii was absolutely delicious. Pickle radish is really good too. Oh, and I tried their special promo.And I got a fried chicken Keychain too
Don’t ever use their delivery system. They use a third party that then outsource the delivery to Uber Eats. The food is an hour late and they don’t take any responsibility. Defers the blame to the third party and the third party blames Uber. Since you didn’t order straight from Uber Eats you can’t complain to them directly.
I understand it was busy at the time, but the service was really unprofessional. My friend and I waited for over 15 minutes, and the girl didn’t even bother to ask or let us know how long the wait would be. She just kept working and chatting as if no one was waiting. Very disappointing experience.
Had a lovely time at Chicken Plus. The food was very yummy and the server was super nice, friendly and helpful! Will be back again! Really liked their rose tteokbokkkii:)
We had ordered food here for takeout 2 times and we liked it very much. The chicken is crispy, the sauce has a good flavor and the portion is large. I bet it will taste even better if we dine-in. Order on-line is very easy and fast Highly recommended
