I ordered two duo burgers and got two burgers in total. I showed them my order but they told me duo means one burger lol! Stayed for five minutes explaining and she said she knows everything but couldn’t explain what duo meant.. both burgers were soggy.. will never go again .. worst hero burger franchise ..hopefully they train the staff better
The place was completely empty on a friday at 1215 prime time for lunch. Food was freezing cold and only 1 person working doing front cash and cooking. I ate the food that was redid only because when I asked for my money back the girl had no clue how to manage this task. I sure hope she washed her hands in between taking orders and cooking food. The women's bathroom was out of order. Mens bathroom literally disgusting. I held it! Facility is run down.
My cousins and I came to this location at around 12:30 am the other night and received impeccable service. Our food was made pretty fast and was soooo delicious, fulfilling our burger cravings. The employee was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied with our experience at this exact Hero Burger location. Overall, we rate our experience here as a 10/10 for sure. We will definitely be coming back soon!
I wasn't expecting much as a vegan, but the man, Ali, who just helped me helped me so much! I got a spicy burger and a chik'n burger, both vegan, he also let me know about the veg gravy with fries. It's hard to find good fast food with good vegan options. Hero burger does it right! Ps. A side note that might sound weird... the soda from the machine here is actually good and not watered down. This location is awesome and I highly recommend!
Loved this place 100% recommend, the service by Adnan was amazing and he was super friendly, he genuinely made a connection between costumers. Overall 5 star service!
We never got served. I'm not sure what happened. We entered and saw a family eating there. Waited at the counter for 5 min, and no body came We saw someone sitting at the back, tried to call out, but nothing. It was strange. We walked away. So no review on food quality, more so on atmosphere.
restaurant was really clean when I walked in! Umair was really chipper and took the time to explain certain things about the menu. I really appreciated his patience and his kindness in taking my order
