Came here last night for the Blue Jays 50% off signature wraps sale that was advertised on their Instagram account. At first the cashier said that she would honor the deal, but when I paid the wrap came out to full price instead of 50% off. I asked her why this happened, and she said that the offer is only for signature wraps, which they don't offer at this location despite it clearly being on their menu. Instead of honoring the deal like initially stated, she said I could complain to the manager the next day. I felt scammed and the whole situation reeked of terrible customer service. I won't be going back again which is disappointing since I used to be a regular customer.
Excellent Experience! I had such a great time at this restaurant! The place was spotless — everything looked clean and well taken care of, from the tables to the restrooms. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back soon and recommending this spot to friends and family!
I come here all the time. It’s my most frequent take out. No reason at all for any of the negative reviews. Food is great, portions generous, always great customer service. I would say though that the rice is a little bland and lacks salt and spices, and the beef kebob is very different from restaurant quality, it is quite fatty and less meaty. However, overall great food and love coming here. Salads/veg always fresh, shawarma delicious.
I ordered a chicken Soulvaki with two skewers and paid $16.89 and this is what I have received. Chicken and rice and only one potato with some sauces on it. No vegetables were asked, generally it comes with some sides as veg like onion, lettuce, etc . I am surprised where we are heading with this food industry.
I asked for extra chicken, which I always do at other Pita Lite stores since I do not eat the vegetable. They would normally charge me 1 dollar. The guy serving me did not tell me about the added charge of 5 dollars.. 500% extra... I could have bought an additional shawarma by chipping in 3 more dollars... I felt like I was cheated...
I tried the taste of chicken shawarma and Falafel they were very delicious ,fresh like homemade taste .I suggest to everyone to go there .they very friendly and prefect as well.
Maybe they were having a bad day as we all do. That being said, I work hard for my coin and I also work in the food industry for 30+ years and this just shouldn't happen. We ordered the falafel wrap and chicken shawarma wrap. Falafel's were soggy. The shawarma wrap tasted like soap. The chicken was mushy. Really really disappointed. Also, they only offered large size. Regular size was not available. I've never seen such a small, skinny, thin wrap ever. Small with big price tag. Waste of my money. We threw it away. Just couldn't eat it. Hopefully they have better days ahead.
