⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Drive-through order on the 15th, evening. Ordered fries, onion rings, and a pop, and specifically asked for the onion rings well done. What I received were onion rings — but they were soft, smudged, soggy, and undercooked, more like limp batter than anything crisp or edible. Absolutely the opposite of “well done.” Because it was a drive-through, we realized how bad it was only after pulling away. To top it off, the entire order came with one single packet of ketchup for both fries and onion rings. Other issues: No receipt provided Rushed, careless handoff No confirmation of the order at the window The team lead (Pauli / Pauly?) appeared to be present. This isn’t about being picky — it’s about basic food standards. If a customer asks for something well done, serving soggy, half-cooked food is unacceptable. Won’t be returning.
Completely disorganized. Waited over 15min just to get the wrong burgers. I had time today, so I drove back to get the right burger. Staff were apologetic and corrected the order, but they really need more staff and better organization.
Brutal, just brutal service. I think 3 people work here to make the food, serve the counter and the drive thru. I started at the drive thru, no response from the speaker I waited 2 minutes "hello? hello?" Ok maybe it's not working so I drive around to the pickup window, but instead there are 2 cars are waiting "in park" for their orders...I'm stuck for 8 minutes, get to the window and why bother I might as well park and go inside. Second mistake...there are 2 people waiting for their orders and by the look on their faces they've been here a while. I wait for one of the 3 staff and finally get my order taken. Now waiting...I'm literally typing this review as I stand beside other people waiting. The order screen is blank...i better ask if they even know about my order. Don't open a new location with minimal staff and non working system. First and last time visiting here BTW staff were friendly and apologetic so no blame on their performance.
