I had the pleasure of purchasing a Seiko 5 Automatic GMT - orange dial at Bandiera. No matter the price of the watch, they treat you like gold throughout your entire interaction. I did not expect to purchase a watch on the spot as I tend to delay and shop around. However even without their pushy nature and calm demeanour, I felt comfortable and confident in making a purchase. Joel and Mr.Bandiera were exceptional and I appreciated their customer service. Everyone is so welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Had a last minute Christmas party shopping and they are the only one that has the item that im looking for, called them on Friday and makes sure that i would get the item before our Christmas party and they confirmed that it will be shipped the same day and that i should receive it before the date of my Christmas party, called the following day to make sure everything is on track and found out that it was never shipped and that according to their file that i will pick it up. On top of that they said that it wont make it on time. First time dealing with this store and definitely the last.

It's been about a year since my first visit & purchase from Bandiera and the experience was as great as you'd expect. I was recommended to this location through a family member and was not let down. I was on the lookout for a watch and to my surprise, the same day I dropped the question Bandiera gave me a call to come and buy one! On my second visit, I met John who is probably the greatest salesman I've ever met. He got a watch I was looking for shipped to the store within a week, I mean he just picked up the phone right then and ordered it on the spot! Not just that, but he was incredibly friendly/knowledgeable and gave me a discount & freebies as well. Thank you Bandiera for the great watches and experience.
