My wife and I have been going to this jewelry store for many years and have always been very pleased with the selection and special service. 5 stars. Highly recommend it.
Although I wasn’t purchasing anything, I went in to seek advice and an expert opinion on a piece I had purchased elsewhere. The time and courtesy to help me was above and beyond while at the same time, they never once asked where I purchased the item (it was a close “competitor”). Thanks to their help, I was able to confidently go back to where I purchased the item and they agreed to remake it. Next time I’ll be needing/wanting to purchase jewellery, Moshe will be the first place I go to.
Moshe's Fine Jewelry have amazing staff and service, beautiful products! Gali helped me so much when I came last week. She took the extra effort to search for the credit with the store as I lost my credit note. She helped me pick between multiple products, was very professional yet personal and kind. I bought multiple things from that store and always had a great experience. To note, I would recommend to have credit kept via sending email notification or via hard gift card.
Flat out disrespectful. Customer service is just terrible. Shut off lights when we were checking out the display. We were looking at the jewelry on display, saw that there were people inside as well. The store nor the mall was closing yet But they turned off the lights as we were looking at what they have to offer. I know for a fact that they saw us because my head was on the glass trying to look at the jewelry. Kind of rude in my opinion to see shut off the lights as customers or potential clients are taking a look at the displays. Isn't that what the display is meant for? To attract people? I will NOT be taking my business here, I will be going else to spend my money.
Me and my partner were looking at engagement rings in the outside window display when the staff rudely turned off the lights … the store was closing in half an hour. They could’ve at least came out and told us they were closing instead of turning off the light and running away. Very unprofessional
