I went in to get a repair done for my ring that started changing shape. They completed it in one day and fixed it perfectly. The staff was kind and helpful. Amazing work and will definitely come back again.

They have a great collection of all kinds of jewelry. I came here to fix my broken chain and they provided great service and it was quick - 10 minutes! I bought alot the time here good services. They was very nice.I bought gold, 18k,24k,italy gold they are so great so nice.

Cons - Despite the positive aspects, my family's experience here while searching for jewelry was less than satisfactory. The sales representative sided with my parents, dismissing my sister's preferences and aligning with my mom on completely different styles. Despite my sister's efforts to find something she liked, the sales representatives were initially unyielding about the availability of a lower carat option. However, upon our impending departure, they suddenly produced the desired carat. When discussing personalizing the chosen gold chain with my sister's name, they promised to provide details and instructions for placing a deposit but ended up ghosting us for weeks. Recommendation - I would only recommend this place if you are fluent in Vietnamese, possess extensive knowledge about the jewelry, and are prepared to negotiate firmly. Consider exploring this option only if you cannot find the desired jewelry elsewhere and if you have the persistence to follow up consistently. EDIT - After an extended period, they finally responded, attributing the delay to a staff member misplacing our contact information before going on vacation without informing anyone about our order. Despite the initial hiccups, we eventually received the order, which turned out satisfactory.
The bad and worst place ever they are not polite and they are Rude. When i enter the place the first time i was ask the lady that works there if these are gold plates or Gold she started screaming “why you are ask?!”
Had a pendent for them to wrap and put diamonds on it, down the road did used a diamond tester turns out it was just glass. The diamonds were provided from you guys.
Bought custom made 18kt bracelet, and it turned out amazing and exactly what I asked for. It did however, take 2 months to receive bit Id rather wait that long to buy what I want than to be disappointed and settle for something I didnt want. I spent less than 1k, and its something I'd wear for a lifetime. Vietnamese lady was very patient, and polite.. she became my #1 jeweller. Definitely recommend to my family and friends.
